1. Salt water gargling
It is one of the most widely used tried and tested methods to relieve sore throat. Your Parents would also recommend brushing your teeth with salt water. This is because salt has antimicrobial properties that neutralize the acid in your throat, reducing the burning sensation you experience. Mix 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water and gargle at least twice or trice a day until the burning sensation disappears.

2. Garlic
If you have a sore throat, chewing on raw garlic is a great help. There is a compound called allicin that can kill the cold virus present in the body. Gently bite the garlic cloves in your mouth. The juice flows along the food pipe and heals the throat.


3. Herbal Tea
Herbal tea is very useful for getting rid of the common flu. Add 2 parts ginger, 2 parts cinnamon, and 3 parts licorice to a cup of tea and it instantly becomes a herb. Drink this mixture at least two or three times a day.


3. Turmeric milk
Everyone from children to adults should drink milk with turmeric and saffron to prevent colds and coughs. A glass of warm turmeric (Haldi in Hindi) milk when going to bed will help keep your sore throat and coughing up.

4. Honey

If you have a cold, it's time to get it out. One of the benefits of this ingredient is that it can reduce swelling in the throat without spoiling for a long time. You can eat it raw or mix warm water with ginger, honey and a little lime to soothe your throat.


For ear infections:


1.Garlic

Garlic is an excellent solution for infected ears, nose and throat. Methods to make natural ear drops: Take 2 cloves of crushed garlic and add mustard oil. Heat this mixture until the garlic is golden brown. When it cools, put a few drops on the infected ear. Another way to make garlic oil is to break the pods and boil them in sesame oil. These drops with garlic instantly relieve pain in the ears.


2. Mustard oil
For immediate relief, apply a few drops of lukewarm mustard oil to the affected ear. Mustard oil is an old and proven remedy for ear pain.


3. Salt
Salt is good for ear infections, but never pour salt water into your ears. What you can do instead is to put a cotton swab with warm salt on your ear for about 10 minutes. This will help drain bad fluids and reduce swelling. Ear pain is also associated with sore throat, so you can gargle with salt water.


4. Basil (Tulsi)
This plant is popular in Ayurveda for its medicinal properties, one of which is to treat ear pain. You just need to crush a few basil leaves and add coconut oil to the juice. It can be used regularly under supervision until the pain disappears.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar

Use organic apple cider vinegar and avoid products that contain adultery. You can dilute one portion of apple cider vinegar in equal proportions with clean warm water and use a dropper to drop 4-5 drops of liquid into the infected ear. After adding the drops, you need to plug your ears and stay in the same position for 5 minutes. This home remedy makes difficult for bad bacteria to survive.


For Itchy skin:

1. Coconut oil
Coconut oil is as effective as petrolatum when treating dry skin. This is because this oil contains saturated fatty acids that act as moisturizers for dry skin.


2. Sunflower seed oil
Sunflower seed oil improves hydration when applied to the skin. 

3. Honey
Honey has moisturizing, healing and anti-inflammatory properties. Can be applied directly to the skin.

4. Aloe Vera
Cut the outer leaf, peel it, and spoon the gel. It can also be mixed with natural preservatives and kept in bottles for daily use in winter. After applying the aloe-vera gel, it is recommended to cover the affected area with clothing such as socks or gloves. Another way to get rid of rough skin is by massaging your limbs right before you go to bed.

5. Oatmeal
